Attention:

There will be a limited number of full and partial scholarships available through Wiconi International. If you are requesting a scholarship we ask that you check the box and fill in ONLY the contact information on any of the forms, we will contact you privately for further information.

NOTE: If you request a scholarship it is not a guarantee that you will receive one. We will be accepting applications until June 15th, and scholarships will be awarded by July 1st.
Please Note: Scholarships will not be available for "Deluxe or Pinewood" accommodations.

 


Everyone is invited and welcome!  There will be “hanging out” recreational times, excellent teaching and fun activities for all ages.  The Family Camp begins Thursday at 4:00 p.m. with check-in and dinner and ends Sunday at 12:00 p.m.

We will do our best to provide you with the certain type of lodging you request, however it is not guaranteed.

There is a cost that we must pay to the Aldersgate Conference Center for food and lodging.  We have six levels that people can choose from at different prices.  All prices include lodging and meals:

Deluxe Main Lodge:

$245 per Adult (1 Queen, 2 twin bed—linens included; private baths)

Pinewood Lodge:

$245 per Adult (1 Double, & 2 or 3 bunks sets, linens included; private baths)

A-Frame Cabins:

$150 per Adult (1 Double, and either 8 or 4 Twin beds—linens not included; community restrooms/showers) 

Dorms:

$160 per Adult (Bunk sets—linens not included; community restroom/showers)

RV Camping:

$115 per Adult (which includes meals, RV hookup, community restrooms/showers.)

Tent Camping:  

$105  per Adult (which includes meals, community restrooms/showers.)

        
                          
            Children 2-11 yrs:   $70 per child

            Children 12-18 yrs: $90 per child

We require a $125 deposit per family unit, for single adults the deposit is $75 required with (at the time of) registration. Your registration form, deposit, and all accommodation fees must be in our office NO LATER THAN JULY 10.  After July 10, your deposit is non-refundable.
 
Once we receive your registration and deposit, someone will contact you to arrange the specific lodging assignments.  Availability is on a first-come/first-serve basis.
 

Special Notes:
  • Personal linens: For those staying in A-frame Cabins and the Dorms you need to either bring your own linens including sheets, and light blanket or sleeping bag, pillow, and towels or pay a fee when you sign in for rental of these items.

  • If you plan on tubing down the nearby river during the Friday afternoon activities, we recommend bringing an extra towel and river/aqua shoes.

PLEASE NOTE!
We need all participants to arrive NO EARLIER than 4 pm on Thursday.  There is a previous group that will be checking out in the morning of that Thursday, and thus the rooms have to be cleaned and prepared for our group.
